  2. We are not able to act on your reservation and confirmation until we are in receipt of the appropriate payment and all information required is completed. Your confirmation, invoice, along with the General Terms & Conditions for this tour will be sent to you.
  3. The General Terms and Conditions for this tour will be sent upon confirmation of the tour. Each participant must sign on the appropriate line and mail a copy to DaVinci Custom Travel & Tours at the above address. Or if you prefer you can email it to peter@davincicustomtravel.com. We are not able to release your documents until we have received a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions.
  4. Deposit for the tour is $400.00 per person due upon reservation and payable by check.  Your deposit allows us to confirm your reservation for HOLIDAY FOOD, WINE & SHOPPING TOUR OF ITALY.
  5. Business and coach class airfare is additional and is available for this tour from Cleveland or any major city throughout the U.S. Should you require air travel to be included with this package, we will be happy book your transportation from your originating city.   6. Final payment for the HOLIDAY FOOD, WINE & SHOPPING TOUR OF ITALY is due no later than NOVEMBER 18, 2011.

IV. Travel Insurance
I/We wish to purchase comprehensive group Travel Insurance offered by ACCESS AMERICA to protect me/us from any unforeseen circumstances that may cause me or my travel companion to cancel his or her trip. Group Travel insurance premium for the BEST OF THE SOUTH & SICILY TOUR is $280 per person for those under age 60, $325 for those age 60 and above. Must be purchased, paid and sent along with your deposit. The premium is non-refundable. A copy of the Access America Travel Insurance policy with description of coverage will be provided with your confirmation.
I have been offered travel insurance and have elected not to purchase it.
 
Not included in the price:
All applicable airlines/government taxes/fees/surcharges apply only to those booking airfare and will be provided at the time of confirmation. Rate is subject to change until your tour is paid in full. Reservations that are made 60 days or less prior to departure must be paid in full by a certified bank check or cash prior to confirmation.
